BioI'm just a girl trying to get as much out of life as I can.
I am a lesbian, or at least that is how I identify; I don't really care what you call me. Every once in a while there's a boy that catches my eye, but my true love is women :) If I make an exception, he's got to be a musician!! I don't really think I'm butch, but I'm not really femme either... I like to change it up. Call me whatever you want; gay, lesbian, bi, butch, femme, genderqueer, a boi, a dyke... I don't care. Just know that I go with the flow...
I have chronic late-stage Lyme disease, and it's been such a challenge for me, but as a lot of you are noticing it's so much better than it used to be, and I am so thankful for that. To my doctors for helping me heal, to my family for their love and support, and to my friends for putting up with me.
I'm a super-geek. I started reading books about quantum physics when I was still in middle school, and it's one of my favorite subjects. Frequently my dad and I will just have dinner-table thought experiments, and I get so into the stuff sometimes that I KNOW I embarrass my friends ;)
Music is something I wish the world took less for granted. Jazz, to me, is the highest form of music; I also believe that it requires the most musicianship. Marching band is amazing; I don't know why people think it's so wierd! It is, at times, but it's so much fun and when you think about it the concept is just amazing.
Religion is actually a big part of my life. I don't talk about it much because it's a very personal thing to me, but if you bring it up I won't change the subject on you! I'm a Unitarian Universalist, and also a Wiccan with influences of Feri, or vice versa. I love philosophy.
Also, I love House. Best show in the history of shows. EVER. Really. I'm obsessive about it. House x Cuddy, or House x Wilson. :) You know they'll have a threesome at the end of the series. Also, Thirteen is HOT.
